Reena Lepe, PTA

Reena was born and raised in Los Angeles, California but always had a dream of living in Orange County. She attended Cal State Northridge and acquired a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2017. During her time at CSUN, she quickly developed a passion for weightlifting as well as participating in various group fitness classes including kickboxing, cycling, and hot yoga. After graduating, she turned her hobby into her career by becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor which also fulfilled her passion for helping others. It wasn’t long before she decided to take the next step and go back to school to become a therapist. She loves getting to know her patients on a personal level and making physical therapy an enjoyable experience. She is dedicated to helping patients feel better so that they can continue to enjoy life and do the things that they love doing without pain. Outside of work Reena enjoys hitting the gym, snowboarding, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her mini–Australian Shepherd pup, Odin.
