Pilates Based Fitness

Pilates is one of the healthiest forms of exercise that exists. It’s focus on core, strengthening and lengthening make it a invaluable form of fitness. Our Pilates-Based Fitness Membership incorporates Pilates into our Functional Fitness workouts. We have all the Pilates tools including a Reformer with Overhead Trapeze and a Wunda Chair. Each of our Fitness Coaches are Pilates Certified. The one downside to Pilates is that if it is done as a stand alone method, it is typically not enough to keep us in optimal condition. With a Pilates Based Fitness Membership, your workouts will include Pilates work, maximizing your time and ensuring that you reach your workout goals.
