In Motion O.C. is proud to introduce its Nutrition program for the benefit of its members and patients. For those who wish to fine tune their physique and maximize their results, we offer our weight management system featuring a nutritional counselor to custom tailor a program for each individual. The nutritional counseling program consists of an 8 week program, including 4 one-on-one counseling sessions, a grocery list, food and exercise log, healthy low-cal recipes, and nutritional guidelines and tips. This takes all of the guesswork out of nutrition for optimal health, optimal fat burning, muscle building or sports performance. It works great in conjunction with your fitness program or as a stand alone solution.

As you know, supplementation provides nutritional insurance for optimal health, nutrients without the addition of calories and readily available nutrients at the proper times and in the proper quantities in response to exercise. The club offers a full line of supplements along with guidance on which ones would best help you achieve your fitness goals.
