Aquatic Fitness Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am
This one hour class is ideal for people who desire to get in better shape in the comfort and weightlessness of the water. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy and their assistants will provide a pool workout that is tailor made for such a group. You will experience tremendous improvement in your conditioning, strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. There's a likelihood that it will also improve any symptoms you might be experiencing as well. The focus of this aquatic fitness class is to stretch and strengthen the appropriate muscles needed to improve your posture, all while creating strong and functional bodies. This program is great for those who have past or present injuries and want to get in shape in a safe way.
Back Class: Wednesdays at 12pm
This 45 minute class is a series of 4 classes. You may go to them individually or purchase the full set and save a little money. This series is dedicating to teaching and equipping you how to protect your back for life. This series has both “classroom style” and “light exercise” components in it. Combined, you will gain invaluable and practical knowledge and be empowered to a healthier back, and a healthier life.
