Christy Costeniero received her BS in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. Post graduation she worked in a predominantly sports/orthopedic clinic where she gained manual skills in rehabilitating all types of patients, including top level athletes, and all types of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She has a passion for helping people improve their quality of life through manual treatment, exercise, and patient education. Christy had the honor of being a poster presenter of her doctoral research at the APTA conference in 2006, and has since completed courses in lumbopelvic integration, and participated in smart bell instructor training. In her spare time Christy enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with her two Chihuahuas and volunteering with her church youth group. She also loves to cook and bake and finds joy in preparing exciting new recipes.
